TISE Listing

Highcroft Investments PLC is a Real Estate Investment Trust, listed on The International Stock Exchange (‘TISE’). 

At the Company’s General Meeting in January 2024, the resolution to cancel the listing of the Company’s Ordinary Shares on the Official List (maintained by the London Stock Exchange) and to authorise the directors to apply to The International Stock Exchange for the admission of Ordinary Shares was approved by a significant majority of shareholders. The Company was admitted to trading on TISE in February 2024. 

Shareholders are reminded of the following points, as set out in the circular to shareholders, following the listing on TISE: Highcroft Investments - Investor centre (highcroftplc.com)

• The Company remains a UK REIT and is therefore still required to distribute 90% of its relevant property profits. We remain committed to our strategic priority to provide a good dividend return and will continue to distribute dividends in the same manner.

• The Company remains a UK registered, and UK based company and remains subject to the applicable provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and the UK Takeover Code. Following TISE Admission, the Company is complying, insofar as possible for a company of its size and nature, with the provisions of the QCA Corporate Governance Code.
• The Board of Highcroft Investments PLC are pleased to advise that Ravencroft (CI) Ltd have been appointed as broker and market maker for the Company’s shares listed on The International Stock Exchange.
